Our Values

We are GraceX. We turn employee voice into leadership action.

These are the values we share with the people we employ, the partners we work alongside, and the customers we serve. They describe how we behave, not what we sell. Where they set a standard, we hold ourselves to it first.

The three we hold

Transparency, Curiosity, Respect

Transparency

We acknowledge our imperfections. Data guides our decisions. We stand by our words. Success is a shared responsibility. We strive to win, but not at all costs.

Curiosity

No question is wrong if it is asked. Be bold and courageous. We support one another. Your success is ours. Speak up, learn, and keep growing.

Respect

Your well-being comes first. We are grateful for you. We respect you for who you are. We practice empathy and reward meaningful contributions.

01 · Transparency

What transparency asks of us

1.1We are imperfect and acknowledge it

While striving for excellence, we understand that perfection is a journey, not a destination. Acknowledging our imperfections means we accept them conditionally, on the premise that we are always working toward the best possible outcome.

1.2Data drives our decisions

Data, in context, informs every decision. As W. E. Deming said, “Without data, you are just another person with an opinion.” Misleading data without context can misguide decisions. Information alone is not knowledge, knowing how to use it is.

1.3We do what we say, we say what we do

We value clarity and integrity. There are only three responses to a clear question: Yes, No, or “I do not know” (which leads us to seek more information). Decisions should always be transparent and, if incorrect, reassessed based on data.

1.4We are all responsible for our success

There is no success team and a separate support team. Everyone here owns the outcome, whatever their title. When something is not working, it is everyone’s to fix.

1.5We aim to win, but not at any cost

Ethical business is non-negotiable. Success is not worth compromising our values.

02 · Curiosity

What curiosity asks of us

2.1There is no wrong question if it is asked

Questions foster growth. Curiosity drives us forward.

2.2Be brave and strong

“If in doubt, flat out” – Colin McRae. We back our people to make the call, commit to it, and learn from the outcome.

2.3We have your back

We are a team. Roles are not defined by titles but by contributions. Trust and support are the foundations of our teamwork.

2.4Your success is our success

We rise together.

2.5Speak up

We value every voice and encourage open communication.

2.6We are learners

Continuous learning is a core element of our culture.

03 · Respect

What respect asks of us

3.1You matter here

We see what each person brings, and we value it.

3.2We respect you for who you are

Respect is given unconditionally based on individuality.

3.3Empathy beyond sympathy

We actively put ourselves in others’ shoes, going beyond surface-level understanding.

3.4We reward purposeful contributions

Recognition and rewards are based on meaningful and impactful work.

3.5Your well-being comes first

We care about how people are, not only what they deliver.
