GraceX Partner Program

Help make safe workplaces the standard
Earn across the relationship

We are GraceX. We turn employee voice into leadership action.

Nearly 68,000 Australian businesses run on teams of 20 to 200 people, and their leaders now carry personal liability for psychosocial safety at work. We cannot reach them all on our own. We build a community, not just a referral scheme. It is a group of people who help these leaders meet their duty to protect their teams, and whose contribution is valued for the full life of each customer contract, not only at the introduction.

As an expert in your field, you already share the objective this community is built on: workplaces that are safe and well led as the standard, not the exception. That makes you exactly who we want here. The test is simple. If you know the owner or managing director of an Australian office-based business, you already know a candidate.

Where you fit

You already sit close to the buyer

The strongest introductions come from people who already advise, serve, or sit beside the owner of an Australian office-based business. If that is you, you already know a candidate.

Fractional CxO
You sit inside the leadership of several businesses at once, close enough to see where the duty is not being met.
Coach
You work with the owners and managing directors who carry the liability personally.
Workplace lawyer
You advise on the obligation itself, and you know which clients have exposure and nothing to show for it.
WHS consultant
You understand the psychosocial duty, and you meet the businesses with no dedicated safety function.
HR partner
You are often the first to see the signals, and the first asked what is being done about them.
Managed service provider
You run the Microsoft 365 environment GraceX lives in, and you already hold the trust of the owner.
The Platform

What GraceX is

GraceX is a psychosocial risk management platform built entirely inside Microsoft 365. It gives business leaders a structured, documented approach to their WHS obligations under Australian psychosocial hazard legislation and the applicable Code of Practice, without adding new software, new logins, or new systems.

It operates through Teams, SharePoint, and Forms that businesses already pay for. A human expert reviews anonymous survey results each month and provides a written report with specific leadership actions. Leaders see trends over time in Power BI. All data stays inside the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenant at all times.

In New South Wales the ground has already shifted. From 1 July 2026, under section 26A of the WHS Act, the Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice is an enforceable benchmark, which means SafeWork NSW does not need to prove an incident or an injury to establish a breach. A documented, ongoing approach is now the only reliable position.

Three pillars

Weekly structured content posted to a dedicated Teams channel. Evidence-based, practical material covering psychosocial risk topics is delivered to the whole team every week without any manual effort from the leader. Content is written by the GraceX expert team and calibrated to the Australian WHS context.

Fortnightly anonymous survey cycle delivered via Microsoft Forms. Staff complete short surveys in the tools they already use. De-identified results are reviewed monthly by a human expert who produces a written report with specific, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Leaders see aggregated trends over time in a Power BI dashboard. No personal data leaves the customer's tenant. No algorithmic scoring. A qualified professional reads the data and writes the report.

A SharePoint-based engagement and recognition layer. Staff earn credits for participating in surveys and Check-In content. Credits are redeemable against employer-funded rewards. Leaders see participation rates alongside survey sentiment, giving visibility of engagement as well as content.

Readiness Assessment

No two businesses are the same, and improvement does not last if the foundations are not in place. That is why the Readiness Assessment comes first. It gives an honest picture of where the business stands today, and lifts the policies, procedures, and leadership rituals that the rest of the work depends on. It draws the baseline, so everything that follows can be measured against something real. It is also a paid product in its own right. We built it as the first step in the program, and in developing it we found it delivers value to the business straight away, before GraceX begins, not only as the groundwork a smooth rollout depends on.

Partner FAQ

Questions partners ask

You register and become part of the community. The Partner Roundtable and Partner Brief keep you current. When you know a business that fits, you make the introduction and we take it from there. Payment follows automatically at each earning event. See "How do payments work?" for the detail.

No. The introduction can be to anyone you know well enough to make it: a peer, a former employer, a company you advise, or a business in your network. You are not referring a client. You are pointing a leader who carries the duty toward a way to meet it. The only test is whether you can make a warm, direct introduction to the owner or managing director.

  • NSW business with nothing on record. From 1 July 2026 the Code of Practice is an enforceable benchmark under section 26A. SafeWork NSW does not need an incident or an injury to establish a breach, so a leader with no documented approach has a direct reason to act now.
  • High staff turnover. Employee turnover above 5% in the last 12 months, or a business that appears to be in a permanent recruitment cycle. A fast-growth or scale-up phase produces the same conditions and is equally strong as an entry point.
  • Known absenteeism problem. If the business recognises that unplanned leave is an issue, particularly where it is running above seven days per employee per year on average, that points to an underlying problem GraceX is designed to surface.
  • Approaching an M&A. Pre-transaction, GraceX can support the psychosocial risk component of due diligence. This is a credible and specific entry point with boards and acquirers.
  • Post-M&A integration. After a transaction closes, staff navigate uncertainty, leadership change, and cultural adjustment. The psychosocial risk profile of the combined business is elevated. Leaders often do not have visibility of it.
  • Board requesting psychosocial risk reporting. If the board has asked for this, the CEO needs a documented response that stands up to scrutiny. GraceX provides exactly that.
  • Workers compensation renewal within three months. Insurers are increasingly pricing psychosocial risk. A business approaching renewal has a direct financial reason to act.

The common thread is a CEO or MD who either knows they have a problem or is about to be asked to demonstrate they have one under control.

  • No new software. GraceX runs entirely inside Microsoft 365 tools the business already uses. Nothing to install, no new software to licence, no IT project to manage.
  • Data never leaves the customer's tenant. All data stays inside the customer's own Microsoft 365 environment at all times. GraceX holds nothing. Only de-identified survey summaries reach the expert for review.
  • Human expert, not an algorithm. Survey results are reviewed by a qualified expert, an organisational psychologist or WHS professional. The monthly report and the leadership actions that come with it are the product of professional judgement, not automated scoring or pattern detection.
  • Structured to the Code of Practice. GraceX is designed specifically around the Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice as it applies in each Australian jurisdiction. Customers build a documented compliance posture, not just a survey habit.
  • Continuous, not one-off. GraceX operates fortnightly. The result is an ongoing evidence trail of consultation, action, and review that a business can demonstrate to a regulator.
  • Built for the business owner. Designed for a CEO or MD carrying personal WHS liability, not an HR specialist. Plain language, specific actions, Power BI visibility. No specialist knowledge required to operate it.
  • Not an AI tool or chatbot. GraceX does not use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated decision-making of any kind. All analysis and recommendations come from a human expert.
  • Not an algorithmic monitoring system. GraceX does not score, rank, or flag individual employees. Survey responses are de-identified. The platform captures anonymous responses at the organisational level, not individual behaviour.
  • Not an EAP or counselling service. GraceX does not provide individual counselling, crisis support, or clinical services of any kind. If a business already has an EAP, GraceX works alongside it.
  • Not a consulting engagement. GraceX is a subscription platform, not a project or advisory arrangement. There are no variable day rates, no scope creep, and no dependency on consultant availability.
  • Not a one-off assessment. GraceX operates continuously. The Readiness Assessment is a prerequisite product, not the platform itself. The subscription runs fortnightly, month after month.
  • Not new software to install. GraceX requires no new applications, no app store downloads, and no IT department involvement. It is deployed entirely within the customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment.

I wanted to introduce you to GraceX, a psychosocial risk management platform built inside Microsoft 365. It is designed for business owners and leaders who carry personal WHS liability and need a structured, documented approach. It runs through Teams, Forms, and SharePoint your business already uses, with a human expert reviewing results each month and producing a written report with specific actions. Happy to connect you with the GraceX team if that sounds relevant.

Adapt to your voice but do not simplify the product description. GraceX is a risk management platform, not a culture or wellbeing program. If in doubt, keep it short and let GraceX do the explaining.

Your role

  • Identify a business owner or leader who may have a psychosocial WHS obligation.
  • Make a direct introduction by email, phone, or in person.
  • Register the referral via the online form within seven days of the introduction.

GraceX's role

  • Conduct all sales conversations and discovery.
  • Present pricing and scope to the prospect.
  • Deliver the Readiness Assessment and onboarding.
  • Operate the platform and provide expert review throughout the subscription.
  • Notify you when a payment event is triggered and process payment within 14 business days.

If you are GST-registered (Path A - RCTI). GraceX raises the invoice on your behalf. When a payment event is triggered and cleared funds are received from the customer, GraceX issues a Recipient-Created Tax Invoice directly to you. You do not need to send an invoice. Payment is made by EFT within 14 business days.

If you are not GST-registered (Path B - Partner Invoice). GraceX will notify you when a payment event is triggered. You then send a standard invoice to GraceX for the relevant amount. Payment is made by EFT within 14 business days of receipt of your invoice.

If you do not wish to take a fee (Path C - Waive or Donate). When a payment event is triggered you can waive your payment entirely, or have it donated to WayAhead, the Mental Health Association of NSW, or to a charity you nominate. Let us know your preference at registration and we handle the rest.

Your referral window starts from the timestamp on your registration confirmation. It runs for 24 months. All three compensation events must fall within the 24-month window. In practice the window is most relevant to Event 3, which is why it is set at 24 months rather than 12.

The window is set at 24 months deliberately. A 12-month licence signed shortly after conversion puts the first renewal at or near the 12-month mark from registration. A shorter window would structurally exclude Event 3. The 24-month window is designed to cover all three events comfortably, including where the sales cycle takes time.

Read our values in full
  • 1.1We are imperfect and acknowledge itWhile striving for excellence, we understand that perfection is a journey, not a destination. Acknowledging our imperfections means we accept them conditionally, on the premise that we are always working toward the best possible outcome.
  • 1.2Data drives our decisionsData, in context, informs every decision. As W. E. Deming said, without data you are just another person with an opinion. Information alone is not knowledge. Knowing how to use it is.
  • 1.3We do what we say, we say what we doWe value clarity and integrity. There are only three responses to a clear question: Yes, No, or I do not know. Decisions should always be transparent and, if incorrect, reassessed based on data.
  • 1.4We are all responsible for our successSuccess is a shared effort. We take collective ownership.
  • 1.5We aim to win, but not at any costEthical business is non-negotiable. Success is not worth compromising our values.
